Shipping policy

DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!

WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE BUT, ONCE DESPATCHED, DELIVERY TIMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

CURRENTLY, DELIVERY TIMES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ARE RUNNING VERY CLOSE TO USUAL.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM ARE EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS.

Due to a high number of packages getting lost and not arriving, we will now be sending all order via a Signed For service.

We can NOT afford to keep replacing lost orders so, unfortunately, we will now need to change to this type of service

For Missing Deliveries, please allow 7 days from despatch before contacting us.

We will make enquiries with Royal Mail to see if there is any reason for the delay.

We have tracking numbers for all our deliveries so we can quickly check for any problems. 

If, after 14 days, you have still not received your order then we will send you a replacement.
